The big mistake is to show the information using circles. The human eye can’t read the different sizes with these geometrical forms. For example if Germany is 100, what is the value of France or Spain?

There’s something wrong with the sizes, no doubt. What I like though, is the fact that there is no error considering the placements of the flagues.

Maybe the graphic is not about the strength of the economy itself but about its impact on the region? Nevertheless, it’s parallel.
