This is a Reuters picture of the Venezuelan-registered chartered plane from the state-owned petrol company Citgo, according to La Vanguardia, that ended in Managua first and later in San Salvador.

As AP reports:

“His Venezuelan pilots circled around the airport and decided not to risk a crash.”
