Great illustration!

These collages are created with craft paper and newsprint.
I was going to include some newsprint for the black and white bits anyway, so instead I used the Saturday Guardian for the whole illustration.
The palette was exactly what I wanted, so I thank their page designers for using those particular shades for the Saturday issue.
I have always used various newspapers in the collages for the INNOVATION’s Report.
For example, the 2004 edition shows a coquettish woman with a printer’s hat created with pieces of The Virginian-Pilot and various UK papers.
The phoenix illustration for an article inside the 2009 edition is both the Guardian and The Western Mail.
