ABC’ News’ George Stephanopoulos does his job and reports about a private conversation between Hillary Clinton and Bill Richardson prior to the Governor’s endorsement of Obama.
She told him flatly, “He cannot win, Bill. He cannot win.”
“That’s a no,” Clinton told reporters today at the end of a press conference in Burbank, California, when asked if she made the comment to Richardson.
Well, George Stephanopoulos didn’t get this quote from Clinton, so Richardson must have something to say.
Stephanopoulos was a senior political adviser to Bill Clinton’s 1992 U.S. presidential campaign and later became Clinton’s communications director.
