Firing the campaign manager is like firing the jockey because the horse is lame!
Tired, on the day she lost the Maine caucuses, and a day after losing races in Washington state, Nebraska and Louisiana, Hillary Clinton shook up her presidential campaign, replacing campaign manager Patti Solis Doyle with Maggie Williams, her former White House chief of staff.
The New York Times reports:
The shake-up came as Mrs. Clinton’s sliver of hope for February, in Maine, disappeared.
She had been hopeful because Maine’s demographics, blue-collar voters, who are older and make less than $50,000, fit the profile of voters who had supported her elsewhere.
Well, the coronation is in trouble.
There is a revolution in the streets against royal dynasties.
Well, this is America.
It seems to me that people don’t want more Bushes.
Or more Clintons.
