The very sad news is on the front page of her paper.
Yolanda Menjivar died yesterday in San Salvador (El Salvador).
She was the editor of magazines and special supplements for El Diario De Hoy.
Yolanda was a very close friend of many of us at INNOVATION.
We always admired her courage, talent and friendship.
Over 22 years, Yolanda made of El Diario de Hoy one of the most creative and successful Latin American newspapers.
I am sure that her memory and legacy will inspire many women journalists.
She was one of the best.
We will miss you Yolandita.
