THE REAL ENEMY

Bill Keller, editor of The New York Times, writes to Jeff Jarvis:

The enemy, as I said in the speech, is not disruptive technology, not bloggers, not press-hostile government.

It is the despair that derives from an inability to see the enduring value of the old and the promise of the new.
