You read all the time about digital ink, digital paper, digital rubber…
Well, be skeptical.
I was one of the first to talk about the future of these digital tools, but at the same time I said that many of these gadgets are just early, black and white, expensive and not very ergonomic or well designed multimedia platforms.
My feeling is that Apple will be able to do more in this area with its iPhone than many of these clumsy artifacts.
Shane Richmond in his Daily Telegraph blog asks:

But he offers very interesting details about a technology that “is still mysterious for most people.”
