LA REDACCION. A first class restaurant in the old newsroom of the ABC newspaper building in dowtown Madrid. Pedro Larumbe, the chef, offers very well-designed menus. Once when I was having lunch with George Rorick, he asked me for a copy, and the maitre d’ was very pleased with the request. Serrano, 61, 4th floor. Madrid (access to the parking by Castellana 34).
