TIME MAGAZINE MOVES DELIVERY DATE TO FRIDAY

Like The Economist that battles every Friday with what they call the ¨Fridability" factor:

Have exclusive breaking-news that scoop the newspapers that day.

Time is back to the founding idea of Henry Luce: a Friday digest of the news-week.

Time's research shows that pre-weekend delivery will allow readers
to spend more time with the magazine.

Do you need, really, any research for this kind of evidence?

Under the new plan, the magazine will be on newsstands on Fridays and the majority of Time subscribers will receive the magazines by Saturday.

INNOVATION
predicts that, more and more, quality print media are going to become weekend publications.

Is this the solution for Time magazine´s crisis.

No, but it will help.

The real question here is (like this week´s cover-story):

WHO NEEDS TIME?
