A PAINTING IN THE FRONT PAGE
Arrived to Mexico City, and if I was impress by the color reproduction of the Detroit Free Press... now it seems a very old fashion newspaper.
Reforma, El Universal and the new Excelsior look great, and they offer so many sections that you are inclined to think that the big Mexican papers are, really, like Sunday editions, seven days a week.
Too much, but well done.
Excelsior had today in the front page this amazing picture of 3 Mexican fishermen that were rescued in the Pacific.
The credit goes to AFP but thanks to the quality of the color reproduction it looks like a painting, not just a news picture.
