CHANGES IN DETROIT

I landed this morning in Detroit, where I used to live, and reading again the Detroit Free Press I noticed two striking changes in the former Knight Ridder paper:

1. Good color reproduction, something that in the USA still is a big deal.

2. Good design of the inside pages. Unfortunately perhaps not an editorial or graphic decision, but the consecuence of the lack of advertising.
