CBS NEWS LIKES PHOTOSHOP

Here we are again!

The left photo is the official first-pic-of-Katie Couric released by CBS at this year's upfront. (TVNewser posted it in May.)

The right photo is an edited version of the same photo, from the September issue of Watch magazine, which is owned by CBS.

CBS News president Sean McManus says he was "obviously surprised and disappointed" when he heard that staffers at the network's promotional magazine airbrushed a photo of Katie Couric to make her appear slimmer.

Couric's comment: "I liked the first picture better because there's more of me to love."

Well, they have a new problem.

The Photoshop one.


UPDATE: The New York Post, owned by Murdoch, didn´t have to think too much to jump in the problem with today´s cover.
