BP: BAD NEWS FROM ALASKA

From Anchorage, Mary Pemberton tells in The Sidney Morning Herald how BP found severe corrosion scanning for weak spots in the Alaskan pipeline.

BP said it had gone 14 years without cleaning the system.

Really?

What a mess, and what a day of glory for the directors of BP!

Nobody, nobody, will understand or accept any explanation.

The only option is the resignation of its CEO.

And the fastest ever reaction of its engineers to fix the problem.

We can not pay for other's incompetence and greed.

What a shame!

I imagine that environmental bloggers must have a very busy day.
