1920´s: RADIO AND NEWSPAPER CONVERGENCE IN MEXICO

Ruben Gallo, author of Mexican Modernity: The Avant-Garde and the Technological Revolution (MIT Press, 2005) and New Tendencies in Mexican Art: The 1990s (Palgrave, 2004), teaches literature and cultural studies at Princeton University.

In this website he tells a fascinating story of early media "convergence" in the 1920´s of Mexico, that involved Radio El Buen Toro and the daily newspaper Ecxcelsior.
